Very good customer service and a lovely man called stuart fixed our problem with the TV very tidy job .
Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! Couldn t have been a simpler experience, would highly recommend!

Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
